In addition to selling paint, we are involved in a wide variety of coating business and equipment engineering projects, and have amassed a wealth of know-how and cultivated a powerful ability to come up with proposals to address customers’ needs. Our ability to address customer issues meticulously while working with various manufacturers is the strength that SHINANOA possesses as an independent specialist trading company. We combine the expertise of each of the Group companies to provide our customers with a comprehensive consulting service.
One thing that is indispensable in resolving customer issues is visiting their workplace (genba) to engage with the customer and observe the situation firsthand (genbutsu, genjitsu), as opposed to trying to find theoretical solutions. If we are unable to verify the quality with our own eyes, there’s no way we can confidently provide our customers with the products they desire. We strive to respond to the various needs of our customers based on the genba, genbutsu, genjitsu principle.
and when considering the future of our company, nowhere is this corporate style more important in the enforcement of compliance and corporate ethics. Accordingly, we drafted a new basic CSR policy with the aim of being a company that is more trusted by society than ever before. And where we are particularly focusing our efforts is our initiatives to foster corporate culture. We aim to become a company with “open work environment” in which each and every one of our employees is able to work together and exchange ideas freely without barriers such as different departments or ages.
It is the bonds between people that allow us to share our respective strengths, and be the best company we can possibly be. This is a belief that all of us at SHINANOA hold close to our hearts. Our “aim to become a 10 billion yen company in 100 years” may be our slogan, but I believe that fostering corporate culture is the key to achieving such goals.
we have begun working to address next-generation challenges while enforcing the management policy of “putting the customer first” , a policy that we have always cherished throughout our company history. As part of this challenge, we launched a project in 2024 to create new business areas. We are expanding into broader range of business areas while being aware of the environmental changes surrounding us. We also plan to continue to give serious consideration to expanding our business in global markets. SHINANOA currently has two offices in China and an office in Indonesia, but if the opportunity presents itself in the future, we plan to establish new offices.
SHINANOA Co., Ltd. has thus far continued to grow while improving our expertise in paint and coating related work. We aim to tackle each and every challenge while continuing to be a company that is indispensable to our valued customers.
